Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations received in writing before 18th January 2010 will be subject to a service charge of EUR195. The full conference fees remain payable on and after 18th January 2010. Substitutions are welcome at any time. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser to alter the content andtiming of the programme or the identity of the speakers. This contract is subject to English Law.

Delegates must ensure that payment is received before the date of the conference or payment will be required on the day.
